"Cooking Essentials - European Cuisine"

Presented By: Seth Bundy
Seth has been cooking in various restaurants since the age of sixteen. He has attended classes at Sullivan's Culinary School in Louisville. He was chef at the Evening Dinner House of the Beechwood Bed and Breakfast at French Lick for three years. Seth has worked for Sinclair's Fine Dining Restaurant at West Baden Springs Resort, Christie’s On The Square and presently at Big Splash Water Park, French Lick. Seth has a daughter, Rilyn.

Fee: $20.00
European Cuisine is the food we will be tasting in this class. The menu is : Charcuterie and cheese plate, Steamed mussels w/ white wine sauce, Pork au poivre, Bleu cheese smashed potatoes, green bean sauté and braised pears with ice cream.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel reservations up to 5 days prior of class day and 7 days with groups of 3 or more.

Credit card, check and cash will be accepted for class payment. When calling in for reservation a credit card number is required but will not be charged unless cancellation is not within specified time period.
